"Untrustworthy, unreliable, will steal your money for no reason. Was dropped from home insurance because despite having new home address as my mailing address with statefarm, they marked my house as uninhabited and cancelled my policy. Imagine if I had to make a claim during that time when they said I wasn't living in my house. Recieved letter from Statefarm that my auto insurance policies will not be renewed. Got insurance through a different insurer and now for some reason, despite Statefarm not renewing my policies anyways, this office seems completely unable or unwilling to cancel my policies, instead opting to say they've cancelled, but keep charging me anyways, and refusing to give a refund for those charges. I asked them to cancel my policies a month ago, and now told my request has to be "reviewed" and will take another week. My polices aren't being renewed anyways, what even is this."
We responded:
"Mr. Brenner, please accept my apology for any inconvenience you have experienced with State Farm or with my agency as their representative. I have check into the concerns that you mentioned. Due to my fiduciary responsibility I am unable to address the reasons for the automobile cancellation in an open forum. Any refund will be sent by State Farm. Our office is not able to provide refunds of State Farm's premiums. Also, it was noted that your home insurance was set to renew in July of 2023 but was cancelled in April at your request due to a lower rate being obtained. We are monitoring your situation and seeking to get it resolved. If we can be of further service, please do not hesitate to contact us. "

"I first had State Farm in B'ham starting in 07, moved to PCOLA in 17 and they hooked me up Mr Arthur's team and I'm pleased to say his team have been nothing but nice and professional with me,if I didn't know, they told me,if I didn't understand,they broke down for me. Thanks team"

"My family and I have been doing business with Mr. Searcy for many years. His staff is always very polite and professional. They have always answered our questions and guided us in the right path for coverage and what we needed to do for the best price possible. The times I have spoken with Mr. Searcy, he has been just as nice and courteous as his staff. Not only do my husband and I do business here, but my grown children do as well. "TERRIBLE! DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS AGENT. State farm messed up my documentation and I have been very patient every time Laytoya, Arthur's assistant, calls me telling me that my policy has been canceled. I have requested to be put on autopay multiple times. My policy has been canceled AGAIN for the 3rd time. Why cant you keep my credit card on file??? Do you not want me to be your customer? All I wanted was to be on autopay, but all I got was late fees and suspended insurance due to late payment. "We apologize!" "We don't understand why this happened." "I'm not sure" I'm taking my business somewhere else. Arthur has the laziest and untrained staff I have ever seen. Sad thing was I liked Latoya, but she was negligent or didn't know how to put my card on autopay."
